Order By order of February 1, 1989, the application for leave to appeal was held in abeyance pending the decision in Stein v Southeastern Michigan Family Planning Project, Inc (Docket No. 80388) and Brown (Rifkin) v University of Michigan Hospital (Docket No. 80695). On order of the Court, the decision having been issued on April 3, 1989, 432 Mich 198 (1989), the application is again considered and, pursuant to MCR 7.302(F)(1), in lieu of granting leave to appeal, we REVERSE the judgment of the Court of Appeals and REINSTATE the Wayne Circuit Court order denying summary Disposition for defendant.
